This policy explains how SpinBetter handles your information. The short version: SpinBetter is a single-player game that you play entirely on your own device. It does not connect to any server, send any network requests, or collect personal information about you.

1. Information stored on your device

SpinBetter keeps a small amount of game data on your device only, so your progress is there when you return:

Your coins, level stars, and which dart skins you own and have equipped.
Lifetime stats such as best level reached, longest streak, and lights placed.
Your chosen settings (high-contrast markers, reduced glow, haptics) and the name you give your warden.
The date you last gathered your daily light, so it can refresh once per day.

This information lives in your device's local app storage and is not uploaded to us. We do not collect your name, email, contacts, location, photos, or any advertising identifier (such as the IDFA).

What we do not do. No advertising. No third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. No tracking. No data sent off your device. No accounts and no sign-in.

2. Notifications

SpinBetter can show you reminder notifications. These are scheduled and shown entirely on your device using the system notification feature, and the reminder text is built into the app. No internet connection is used and no information is sent anywhere to deliver them. You can allow or decline notifications, and you can manage them at any time in your device settings.

3. How we use information

To save and restore your game progress and preferences on this device.
To show your stats and trophies on the profile screen.
To schedule reminder notifications on your device.

That is the full extent of it. Your data never leaves your device.

4. Information sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data, and there is no personal data to share. The only third party involved in your use of the game is the app store you downloaded it from, which manages the download between you and the store under its own privacy policy.

5. Data retention

Your game progress is stored on your device until you delete it. Uninstalling SpinBetter removes all of it from your device. We keep no server-side copy, because the app creates none.

6. Your rights

You are in full control of your game data: uninstalling the app deletes everything it stored on your device. Because there is no server-side data, there is nothing for us to access, export, or erase on your behalf. If you have any questions, contact us using the details in section 9.

7. Children's privacy

SpinBetter is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children, and the game asks for no identifying information from anyone.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here. Continued use of the app indicates acceptance of the current version.
